Training management has a global perspective, as it not only contemplates actions to train currently active research staff in those aspects that are currently relevant to continue their activity, but also articulates mechanisms to promote scientific and innovative culture already in the undergraduate degree stages, thus contributing to the recruitment of talent and creation of future research staff. Six access routes to reach training within the Institute are suggested:
- Training of basic researchers specialised in translational research regarding clinical research.
- Training of doctors (MIR, FIR, BIR, QIR, EIR in Spain) in research, making it possible to carry out a turnover in the research laboratories integrated in the Institute and creating the basis of potential researchers who can participate in research projects managed by the INCLIVA Foundation.
- Specific training for Nursing and Care Staff.
- Specific training in Primary Care.
- Training of Technicians and Research Support and Management Staff.
- Training of undergraduate and postgraduate students, fostering a culture of research and innovation from the earliest stages at the University.
It also provides INCLIVA staff and its network with a service for the organisation of training and informative events, which includes, among others:
Technical secretary service for the event.
Negotiation of contracts and agreements with sponsors.
Advice on the design of the scientific programme.
