The Research Foundation of the Hospital Clínico Universitario de València, INCLIVA Foundation, is a non-profit organization of the Public Sector of the Valencian Government. Although it does not hold the status of Public Administration, the INCLIVA Foundation is a contracting authority in accordance with Article 3 paragraph 3 of Law 9/2017 on Public Sector Contracts.
In order to ensure the transparency and the public access to its contracts, INCLIVA publishes in this section of the website all the information related to its contractual activity: announcements, open or ongoing tenders, awards and any useful general information.
